Episode 97: State of the Haley Address

EGF Co-Host/Mommy Haley is now more empty and less of a girlfriend than ever. This episode takes you & EGF Daddy (Christie) through her recent journey from being sexually assaulted two month ago, her stay at an Acute Psych Ward in Los Angeles, her biggest break-up yet, being diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder, discovering the disease of alcoholism within, and the lead-up to shaving her head (and her brief "I-Am-A-Tiger" phase). It's a very intimate conversation freckled with intermittent outbursts of laughter throughout, leaning on humor as a coping mechanism as per the EGF usual. We hope Haley's self-care path gives you some inspiration to continue along your own, to speak up, or at least laugh into that empty void for little while together.
